PEEK-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced special engineering material developed for extreme temperature differences and radiation conditions such as space satellites. Customer pain points include long revision cycles and heavy weight in metal processing. Through material system optimization and 3D printing process window optimization, we achieve rapid iteration and lightweight delivery of structural parts; the project is currently in the prototype verification and small-batch introduction stage.
