PEEK-CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced special engineering material developed for extreme temperature differences and radiation conditions such as space satellites. The customer's pain points are the long cycle time and heavy weight of metal processing modifications. Through optimization of the material system and 3D printing process window, we achieve rapid iteration and lightweight delivery of structural parts; the project is in the sample verification and small-batch introduction stage.
PEEK is an ultra-high-performance thermoplastic engineering material with excellent dielectric stability, low dielectric loss, and extremely high dimensional stability, suitable for high-frequency electronic and space application structural parts such as satellite signal receiving panels. It can maintain stable electrical performance and structural reliability under complex space environments (temperature cycling, radiation, and vacuum conditions).
